Our system of learning from each other is based on a simple, 3 step process. Step #1, we capture learning, Step #2, we catalogue learning and Step #3, we communicate learning. In Nazarene ministry, we are committed to lifelong learning. No one person knows enough to fuel the Nazarene movement into its tremendous future, but when everyone “uses whatever gift they have received to serve others” (1 Peter 4:10), a LOT of movement can happen if we keep learning together.

This page is specifically designed to listen to your feedback related to MULTIPLYNAZ resourcing for Intermediate and Large Churches. One goal is to have every Nazarene church with 200 or more worshippers accurately listed. The development of an Intermediate or Large Church can be experienced by any leader with a hunger to learn and practice church development. Our leaders are getting better at church development in all kinds of settings – all over the world!
