LARGE LAUNCH PLANTERS

These are Nazarene leaders we invite to participate in High Impact Church Planting as a potential High-Capacity Planter.  They must pass both an informal and formal assessment for entrance into the Residency Program.  They help raise their own support for the Residency Program, which is 9-18 months, full-time, serving in one of our Residency Churches.  A large High Impact Church Plant is a plant designed to break 250 in attendance on the opening Sunday, with at least 50% of the initial crowd coming from the unchurched community.
